📦 Shipping

• All items will be shipped via SF Express; self-pickup/on-site collection is not available.

• Delivery Area: Hong Kong only.

• In-Stock Items:

  • Shipped within 1–2 working days after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Same-day shipping is not available.

  • Louis Koo [The Century's Biggest Scam] 3" Single will be shipped on May 26th.

🛒 Ordering & Payment

• Limit of 2 pieces per colored vinyl record per order.

• Please ensure all information entered is correct. We will not be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect details.

• Payment Method: Credit Card.

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once payment is completed.

📧 Order Confirmation

• A confirmation email will be sent after your order is placed.

• If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us.

🚚 Shipping Fee

• Product prices do not include shipping fees.

• Shipping fee is payable upon delivery (Cash on Delivery / COD).

🔔 Logistics Notification

• SF Express no longer sends notifications via SMS.

• Please use the "SF Express App" to track shipping and pickup updates.

📦 Return Policy

1. No returns allowed. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision.

🚛 Shipping Policy

1. Online purchases will be shipped via SF Express; self-pickup/on-site collection is not available.

2. Delivery is restricted to the Hong Kong region; shipping to other regions is currently unavailable.

3. Purchase limit of 1 piece per item per order. (Note: This contradicts the "Limit of 2" mentioned above; you may want to double-check which rule applies!)

4. Please fill in the correct personal information, contact details, and delivery address when placing an order. The organizer will not be responsible for any delivery failures caused by incorrect information.

5. Only credit card payments are accepted.

6. A confirmation email containing the order number and order details will be sent after placing an order.

7. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact the organizer.

8. The pre-order is considered successful once payment is completed. Orders cannot be modified or canceled.

9. Delivery takes approximately 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on the region. Please be patient.

10. Product prices do not include shipping fees; shipping fee is payable upon delivery (COD).
